Return and Refund Policy

At fallinline, we take pride in offering limited-edition streetwear that’s designed to empower and inspire. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, so we offer a return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully.

 



1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.
  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Limited-Edition Drops are not eligible for return or refund.

 



2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at connect@thefallinline.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship your item(s) back to us.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as fallinline is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  4. Return Deadline: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving approval for the return. Returns received outside of this window may not be accepted.

 



3. Refunds

We offer store credit only for eligible returns. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, you will receive a store credit in the form of a digital gift card, which can be used on future purchases from fallinline.

 



4. Exchanges

We only exchange items for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. If you need to exchange an item, please email connect@thefallinline.com with your order number and the details of your request. If the item is no longer available, you will receive store credit.

 



5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Limited-Edition Drops: All limited-edition items are final sale.
  • Sale Items: Products purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes are final sale.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

 



6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at connect@thefallinline.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage. We will assess the situation and either offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

 



7. Late or Missing Returns

If you haven’t received your store credit within 7 business days of us receiving your return, please first check your email for the digital gift card. If you still haven’t received anything, contact us at connect@thefallinline.com

 



8. International Returns

For international customers, you are responsible for any return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid issues during transit. Fallinline is not responsible for any additional customs charges or lost returns.
