Welcome to fallinline! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thefallinline.com (the "Site") and the services provided by Fallinline Corp. ("we," "us," or "our"). The Site provides an online platform for purchasing limited-edition streetwear products. By visiting the Site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Pricing and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

All prices displayed on the Site are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

 


5. Limited-Edition Drops

Our products are often released in limited-edition drops, meaning once they sell out, they may not be restocked. We recommend purchasing quickly if you want to ensure you secure your product. No guarantees are made on restocking sold-out products.

 


6. Shipping and Delivery

We are not responsible for delays outside our control, such as customs clearance, shipping carrier delays, or natural disasters. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

 


7. Returns and Exchanges

We offer store credit on eligible returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Sale items and limited-edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Fallinline Corp. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Site or its contents.

 


9. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the Site or its content for any unlawful purposes or to:

We reserve the right to terminate your account or access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

 


13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 


14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

 


15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

 


16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fallinline Corp. and govern your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
