Shipping Policy

Processing Times:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During high-demand periods (e.g., limited-edition drops), processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • Please note: Limited Edition items are made in small batches and may require additional time for production before shipping.

 



Shipping to Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days – Flat rate of $10 CAD.
  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days – Flat rate of $20 CAD.
  • Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD.

 



Shipping to the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days – Flat rate of $15 USD.
  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days – Flat rate of $25 USD.
  • Free shipping on orders over $150 USD.

 



International Shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days – Flat rate of $20 USD.
  • Express International Shipping: 5-7 business days – Flat rate of $50 USD.
  • Free shipping on international orders over $200 USD.

Note: Customs and duties fees may apply based on your country. Fallinline is not responsible for these fees. Please check with your local customs office.

 



Shipping Notifications:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you haven’t received this, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at connect@thefallinline.com.

 



Return Policy

At fallinline, every drop is exclusive and made in limited quantities. We want to ensure you're happy with your order, so please review the policy below:

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.
  • Sale items and limited-edition drops are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at connect@thefallinline.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are only available for size or color, depending on availability. If the item is sold out, a store credit will be issued instead.

Refunds:

  • We do not offer refunds except in the rare case of defective items. If you believe you’ve received a defective product, email us at connect@thefallinline.com within 7 days of receiving your item with clear photos.

 



Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as fallinline is not responsible for lost returns.

 



Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final Sale items, gift cards, and limited-edition drops are non-returnable.
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

 



Order Cancellations:

Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are final once processed. Please double-check your order before confirming. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes.

 

*Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to courier services or customs inspections and clearance. Fallinline Corp. is not responsible for delays once your order has been shipped.
